Eggless chocolate cake

Chocolate cake was discovered by Dr James Baker .So we should be thankful to him for discovering search a wonderful creation. This is a  mouth watering   and a yummy cake,that too eggless.This recipe I adapted from Aparna Mallya’s blog where the original recipe was with the Microwave version which I modified and baked in the convection mode.

Ingredients :
Maida -1cup
Cocoa powder-1/4cup
Baking pd-1/4 tsp
Refined oil-1/2 cup
Sugar-3/4 cup
Vanilla essence-1 1/2 tsp
Milk-1 cup (room temperature)
Water-2tbsp
Method:
1)In a  bowl add all purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking soda and mix well and sieve it.
2)In a large bowl mix oil, sugar and vanilla and whisk it thoroughly.
3)Add milk and again whisk thoroughly until smooth.
4) See that there are no lumps.
5) To this, add the flour mixture little by little whisking as you add.
6)Add water and mix thoroughly (scraping the sides) for 10 to 15 seconds to form a smooth cake batter.
7)Grease a bowl and  add pour the cake batter into the bowl. The cake batter should fill half (or less than half) of the bowl. Otherwise it will spill out.
8)Preheat the oven at 150F and bake it for  30 minutes.
9)Cool the cake completely before u unmould it.Then cut it into desired shapes.I used the star shaped baking tin.U can use any.
