Diwali ,the festival of lights,the most eagerly awaited festival is almost nearing and to welcome the feast I start with this exotic Almond choco melts for the happy occasion.This is a very simple recipe of the fudge which I converted into choco melts.This is ooey and gooey and it just melts in your mouth.So enjoy this delectable almond choco melts.
Ingredients:
Milkmaid-400 ml
Cocoa powder- 2 tbsp
Butter- 2 tbsp
Almonds-1/2 cup(chopped)
Cocoa powder-
Butter-
Almonds-1/2 cup(chopped)
Method:
- Heat a heavy bottomed pan and add milkmaid,cocoa powder and butter and stir continuously.
- Cook till it leaves its sides.
- Once done,off the flame and transfer it in a bowl and add chopped almonds and cool it for sometime.
- Grease your palms and with both your palms make round balls.
- You can also coat it with coarsely ground almonds.
- Set it in a refrigerator.
