Lemon Chicken

Lemon is the smallest citrus fruit which is rich in Vitamin C.They  are packed with numerous health benefiting nutrients.The fruit is low in calories.I experimented this dish on my daughter Sanjana s demand.So if u like tangy lemony dish,here is the recipe to tantalize your taste buds.

Ingredients: 
Chicken- ½ kg
Lime-1
Capsicum-1
Green chillies-8
Cornflour-2tsp
Lime juice-2limes
Pepper pd-1tsp
Lemon zest-1/4 tsp
Butter-3tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Salt to taste

 Method: 
1)Marinate chicken with  lime,ginger garlic paste and salt for 20 minutes.
2)Then pressure cook it in the  cooker for 1 whistle without adding water.
3)Take a pan add butter fry diced capsicum and green chillies for 3mts,add chicken,pepper powder, lemon zest and take a boil .
4)Lastly add  cornflour dissolved in water and take a light boil.
5)Add lime juice  according to your taste and stir it for a minute.

Tip :If u add more green chillies around 15 you will get a new recipe on Andhra chilly.So this is a two in one recipe.
