Ingredients:
Broccoli florets- 2 cups
Milk – 2 cups approx
Onion – 1 , chopped
Garlic – 2-3 flakes
Herbs – to season
Sugar – to taste
Pepper powder – as per the taste
Salt – to taste
Method:
- Heat butter and saute garlic and onion.
- Keep it aside.
- Blanch broccoli florets in salted water.
- Reserve few pieces and puree the rest with onion and garlic.
- Transfer it in a sauce pan.
- Add milk and water and adjust the consistency.
- Add salt to taste, sugar, pepper powder and herbs.
- Take a boil.
- Garnish the reserved broccoli pieces.
- Serve it hot.
