Ingredients

Okra /Bhindi 250 g

Chilly powder 1tsp

Coriander powder 1tsp

Cumin powder 1/2tsp

Garam Masala powder 1tsp

Groundnut powder 3 tbsp

Amchur powder 1tsp

Jaggery powder 1 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Tadka

Oil 2 tbsp

Cumin seeds few

Garlic 2 minced

Hing 1 pinch

Method

1)Wash the Bhindi and wipe it with a clean kitchen towel.

2)Remove the stalk and make gashes.

3)Mix all the powders mentioned above and stuff it in the bhindi.

4)Take a pan and heat oil.

5)Add cumin seeds,garlic and hing.

6)Arrange Bhindi and the remaining powder if any .

7)Close it with a lid

8)Add water above the lid .

9)Cook on low flame for few minutes.

10)Keep checking in between and turn it upside down in between.
