Bread- 8 -10 slices or as much as needed

Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Amchur powder-a pinch
Onions-2,chopped finely
Cheese-2 cubes,grated

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients mentioned under the list except bread and butter.

  5. Toast the potato side first on a tawa and the other side later by adding little butter or oil.
  6. Preheat the oven at 180 d C and grill the toast further for 5-10 minutes to make it crisp.(I used toast mode)
